In 2016, two innovators with deep roots in AI and media saw a blind spot: while written and visual media were tracked, the booming world of spoken media went unheard. As voice and video exploded across TikTok, podcasts, and YouTube, one thing became clear, companies needed to hear what was actually being said. So they built the platform that could.
