    1.1 This document (“Privacy Policy”) describes the collection, use and processing of personal data by All Ears AB, registration number 559075-2100 having its registered address at c/o iOffice, Vasagatan 10, 111 20 Stockholm (“Company” “we” or “us”) collects, uses and processes Personal Data (“Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy is applicable when we contact you and when you use our website www.allears.ai (the “Website”) 

    1.2 All definitions in this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable data protection laws which refers to the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation no. 2016/679) and the Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications (Directive 2002/58/EC), as well as the national implementations and related national legislation.

    2.1 We will process the following personal data when we contact you and when you use the Website:

    2.2 We are unable to contact you and provide you with the Website unless you provide us with the personal data above.
